The pouffe

Started on the pouffe the kids put their feet on. Water came out like stewed tea on the first go, then the armrests, then the hall carpet by the back door. Sat down that night and it was dry. I've since done my mum's two armchairs. She was mortified.

Good, but do it in the daytime

Lifted a red wine mark on the cream rug that I'd put a chair over two years ago. Took two goes, mind. It is loud, louder than the Henry, so with the grandchildren sleeping over it waited till the morning. Hose reaches along a three-seater if you shuffle the machine along with you. Instead of hiring
