What the stages mean

From dispatch to your door

Dispatched
Packed and handed to the courier. Your tracking number is emailed at this point, and it can take a little while to go live.

On its way
Moving between sorting depots. Updates arrive in bursts, so a quiet day in the middle is normal.

Out for delivery
Out with the driver, near you. It should reach you before the end of the day.

Delivered
Left with you, with a neighbour, or in a safe place, depending on the courier’s rules for your address. Keep the box.

If it goes quiet for more than a few days, tell us. We raise it with the courier ourselves the same day and keep you updated until it is with you.
