What the stages mean

From dispatch to your door

Packed and handed to the carrier. Your tracking number is emailed at this point, and it can take a little while to go live.

On its way
Moving between sorting hubs. Updates arrive in bursts, so a quiet day in the middle is normal.

Out for delivery
Out with the driver, near you. It should reach you before the end of the day.

Delivered
Left with you, with a neighbor, or in a safe spot, depending on the carrier’s rules for your address. Keep the box.

If it goes quiet for more than a few days, tell us. We raise it with the carrier ourselves the same day and keep you updated until it is with you.
